The Registry is committed to providing quality services to prospective students, current students, alumni, and staff members of Saint Francis University. It is responsible for a wide range of functions, including student admission, course enrollment, issuance of transcripts and certifying letters, maintenance of student records, timetabling, examinations, and the production of graduation certificates.

The Registry comprises four teams, 1) Admission, 2) Student Services, 3) Enhancement and Development, and 4) Data Analytics and Reporting, to perform the functions mentioned above. It is overseen by the Registrar, who is also a member of the Management Group of the University and reports directly to the Vice-President (Academic and Quality Assurance).
