Biography

I received my Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from The University of Newcastle (Australia), Master of Business and Administration (MBA) from The Open University of Hong Kong, MSc (Information Technology) from The University of Warwick (UK) and MSc (Computer Science) from The Victoria University of Technology (Australia). My research interests include organizational behavior, employee commitment, knowledge management and e-learning.

I have published over 30 peer-review journal papers and 7 conference papers in business and management and e-learning.

I was the Marketing Manager, Sales Manager and Account Manager in IT solutions vendors and hardware providers in Hong Kong for 7 seven years. The accounts that I managed include Therm-O Disc, Energizer, CITIC Limited, University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Vocational Training Council, accounting firms, advertising agencies, etc.

Current research:

The research I am doing include the impact of corporate social responsibilities in the performance of corporations, the acceptance factors of online payment methods, the factors affecting employees’ commitment, the critical success factors in designing and implementing information systems applications. Research areas include organization commitment, marketing, internet marketing, corporate social responsibility, management, e-learning, information systems.
