Refund Arrangement

The tuition fees (inclusive of enrolment deposit and/or the 1st instalment of tuition fee) paid are neither refundable nor transferrable unless you have later accepted an offer from JUPAS to study for:
1. a 2026/27 full-time UGC-funded Bachelor's degree programme (programmes offered by HKMU and HKAPA are NOT UGC-funded ), OR
2. a 2026/27 Bachelor's degree programme subsidised under SSSDP.
The refund is subject to an administrative fee of HK$500.
Late application for refund will NOT be processed.

Applicant should submit refund application and provide the following documents on or before the application period deadline via apply@sfu.edu.hk :

Complete Application Form.
Relevant documents from JUPAS Office for the enrolled local (I) full-time UGC-funded Bachelor's Degree programme, or (II) SSSDP subsidised Bachelor's Degree programme, with your name shown on the document(s).
Receipt/payment record of acceptance fee for the UGC-funded or SSSDP's full-time bachelor's degree programme.

The University reserves the right to refund the collected fees.
