Administrative / Services Positions

Duties

The appointee is responsible for (a) assisting the Registrar in supervising the administrative arrangements relating to student admission, registration, enrolment, timetabling, assessment, graduation as well as record keeping of students and academic staff members of both Institutions; (b) monitoring and reviewing the implementation of the administrative quality assurance process in the registrarial services; (c)      contributing to the development, implementation and review of the decision support and management support system; (d) managing the record-related matters to ensure proper collection, maintenance and communication of student academic record and performance data; (e) preparing statistical reports relating to the functioning of the Registry; (f) coordinating functions/activities such as student admission, registration, timetabling, student assessment and examination as well as graduation ceremony; (g) contributing in the overall production of Registry-related publications; (h) liaising with government, professional bodies and other academic institutes where necessary in the course of discharging the duties; and (i) improving the above functions by using the technologies.

Duties

Duties

Duties

The appointee is responsible for:

  • Ensures the success of CBCC/CIHE's commitment to supporting and facilitating entrepreneurship development of our students and alumni through IIC.
  • Oversees the day-to-day operation of IIC, including marketing the Centre, recruiting potential incubatees, and assisting in screening potential candidates and making recommendations.
  • Works with community stakeholders and advances community partnerships on behalf of IIC.
  • Acts as a catalyst to strengthen the network for IIC by coordinating and working closely with other possible service providers, collaborators, and clients, to facilitate incubatee success.
  • Evaluates and seeks potential funding sources through, funding, grants, sponsors, etc for the projects of IIC.
  • Develops and maintains a database, prepares periodic reports, and maintains records of projects, progress, and the status of the incubatees.
  • Coordinates, maintains, and reviews the incubatees are meeting the targeted milestones.
  • Assists in developing and implementing policies governing the operation of IIC consistent with the funding contracts, including meeting performance metrics and goals.
