Duties

The appointee will be required to:

  • Provide support for teaching, research and service to the Physiotherapy Programme, S. K. Yee School of Health Sciences, performing regular maintenance and upkeep of all facilities in running order in the laboratories.

Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the School's engagement with external stakeholders, including feeder schools, prospective students, alumni, university partners, and the broader community.

The appointee will support the Assistant Director, Recruitment and Engagement at the Public Affairs Office in leading admissions and partnership development for the local market. The appointee will lead recruitment and partnership initiatives to strengthen collaboration between the University and Hong Kong Secondary Schools, including organising information sessions for principals and teachers, conducting school visits to enhance recruitment, and hosting networking events for external stakeholders. Duties
  1. Provide support for teaching, research and service to the School of Health Sciences in the nursing and other health-care courses.

Duties The appointee is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support in the Registry with a focus on student services and records. He/ She will assist the supervisor by working closely with the Administrative Officer to support members on various student-related matters, including, but not limited to, student records management, timetabling, and examination arrangements. Additionally, the appointee will be required to handle counter and hotline enquiries. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the Registrar or other reporting officers.
Appointment Criteria Applicants for the post of Executive Assistant II should possess a sub-degree qualification in any discipline, with at least 1 year's relevant work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution or in the education sector. The appointee will be attached to the Finance and Estates Office of the University and will perform the following duties:
