Sharing - Celebrating the 76th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China 2025-10-1

On the joyous occasion of the 76th National Day of the People's Republic of China, the Global and Mainland Engagement Division of Saint Francis University extends its heartfelt congratulations to our homeland. Over the past 76 years, our country has achieved remarkable accomplishments and established a solid foundation for the development of higher education in Hong Kong. 

As an institution guided by the motto "Service with Love" and committed to "Self-Strengthening and Perseverance," we received official approval from the Education Bureau in November 2024, becoming one of Hong Kong's applied science universities. At this new milestone, we leverage our strengths in Artificial Intelligence, Nursing, Early Childhood Education, Business and Hotel Management, Humanities and Language, and Design to deepen collaborations with Mainland universities and research institutes across various academic fields. Additionally, we are enhancing our vocational education initiatives by sharing professional teaching experiences and exploring joint curriculum development, with the aim of creating platforms for students on both sides of the border. 

In recent years, we have facilitated two-way exchanges, with Mainland students coming to Hong Kong for studies and Hong Kong students gaining practical experience in the Mainland. This successful cross-regional academic exchange vividly illustrates the educational integration under the "One Country, Two Systems" framework. 

Looking ahead, Saint Francis University will continue to build on our professional excellence by enhancing joint research, promoting cultural exchanges, and facilitating faculty-student visits. We wish for the continued prosperity and flourishing of our homeland, and we look forward to Hong Kong and the Mainland creating new chapters together, particularly in educational development, in the future!
