Four students of S.K. Yee School of Health Sciences at the Saint Francis University (SFU) received the Housing Society Scholarships at an award ceremony on January 31. They were among the 100 outstanding students from 21 local tertiary institutions honoured under the scholarship scheme, which aims to recognise academic excellence among students enrolled in housing and elderly-care disciplines, while providing financial assistance to those in need and in support of talent development for the related industries.
This was the first time SFU was invited to participate in the scheme. The list of awardees from SFU is as follows:
CHAN Ka-him – Higher Diploma in Enrolled Nursing (General)
FONG Ching – Bachelor of Nursing (Honours)
LEUNG Siu-man – Bachelor of Nursing (Honours)
YUNG Ka-chun – Higher Diploma in Enrolled Nursing (General)
We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the award recipients. We look forward to seeing their continuous striving for academic and professional excellence during their journeys at SFU.
