Her expertise includes understanding stress experiences, coping mechanisms, and psychological resilience, alongside evidence‑based stress management approaches. She has strengths in cognitive‑behavioural and psycho‑educational interventions, and in analysing factors influencing autonomy, adaptation, and learning processes in health and nursing contexts.
