Core Areas of Expertise

Dr. Pau’s expertise centres on gerontological nursing, community and primary healthcare, and complementary and alternative therapies. She has extensive experience in nursing education, ageing‑in‑place initiatives, and evidence‑based non‑pharmacological interventions, including selected complementary and movement‑based approaches, aimed at enhancing physical, psychological, and social well‑being among older populations.
