The Centre offers educational programs, exercise classes, wellness initiatives and simple health assessments for health promotion to enhance public awareness of disease or injury prevention. These programs aim to help clients regain and maintain their functional independence and improve their quality of life. A wide range of specialized programs tailored for individuals managing chronic conditions or disabilities such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, cardio and pulmonary disease, neck and back pain, scoliosis, degenerative or peripheral joints pain.

Payment & Enrollment

  1. The Centre only accepts class registration in person or by phone (3653 4119 / 3563 4120).
  2. Clients who have reserved a spot must make full payment before the deadline to secure their place. If there is high demand, priority will be given to customers who have completed payment.
  3. Please do not reply via social media or WhatsApp community messages; only reservations made through the above methods are valid.

Non-Refundable Policy

  1. Clients who register for the course before or at the start of the first class and cannot attend any of the scheduled sessions, are eligible for one make-up class within the same month.
  2. Clients may join the course at any time during the designated period; however, they must register for all remaining sessions to complete the course. If unable to attend any remaining scheduled sessions, clients are not eligible for make-up class.
  3. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, cancellations without notice, or no-shows.
  4. Exceptions may be considered for medical emergencies with valid documentation.

Non-Transferable & Non-Interchangeable

  1. Registered courses cannot be transferred to others.
  2. Classes are non-interchangeable; participants may not switch between different class types or schedules once enrolled.

Class Cancellation & Adverse Weather Arrangements

  1. If a class is cancelled by ICEC, a make-up class will be provided.
  2. If a class is affected by adverse weather, a make-up class will be arranged within 30 working days. Our staff will contact you to coordinate the details.

ICEC reserves the right to make final adjustments to arrangements based on safety and operational needs.
