Saint Francis University (SFU) and Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC) have a renowned tradition as a caring educational institution. In support of the Institute’s vision for nurturing and empowering students with Special Educational Needs to realise their potential, the Unit for Learning Achievement (ULA), was established under Student Affairs Office in December 2019.

Movie Screening and Sharing – "Zero to Hero" 27 February 2026 The inspirational film Zero to Hero, portraying the true story of Hong Kong Paralympic gold medalist So Wa Wai and his mother, was screened to highlight the power of family and perseverance. "SEN-Friendly Community® at SFU" Workshop 25 February 2026 The Unit for Learning Achievement organized the "SEN Friendly Community® at SFU" workshop, designed and facilitated by Senmily HK. Through interactive activities, participants gained a deeper understanding of the characteristics of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD).
