Biography

Dr Chow had started her teaching work more than twenty years and was responsible for curriculum planning and development. She was also responsible for the liaison of nursing practicum, credit-based planning. Through this, She has managed to gain significant experience in management and academic skills.

  • Co-investigator of the Health Care and Promotion grant, Project title “Working towards better oral health and dental care for underprivileged patients with chronic inflammatory arthritis“ (HCPF granted awarded, grant from 1.8.2015 till 31.7.2017 )
  • Principal investigator for the Project title “Using eHealth to improve patients’ management of chronic diseases: systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)”
  • Principal investigator of the project “A phenomenological study of nursing students’ clinical experience in private hospitals.” (Departmental Clinical Teaching Development Grant awarded in 2006)
  • Principal investigator of project “Clinical Learning Barriers and Facilitation for Nursing Students” (Departmental Clinical Teaching Development Grant awarded in 2005)
