陈磊石教授

背景简介

我现为圣方济各大学余兆麒健康科学院院长。本人到学院前刚在香港医院管理局任首席护士长20年，负责护理人力资源及专业发展规划、质素及系统发展。我在护理发展及医疗服务管理方面，具资深经验，曾在澳洲医院、州立及国家卫生部担任不同职位达15年，负责策划将澳洲的护理教育由医院护士学校转到专上学院，并负责管理全国及各州的护理人手规划。我亦曾担任数间大学的客座教授及经常出任世界卫生组织西太平洋区作顾问；在2010年6月至12月期间，本人应邀出任世界卫生组织护理及助产服务首席科学家。我是世界卫生组织「世界卫组织全球护理谘询委员会」的成员及副主席；与及STTI全球护理的未来全球谘询小组成员。

• Adjunct Professor, School of Nursing, University of Queensland from July 2013 - 2016
• Adjunct Associate Professor – The Nethersole School of Nursing, The Chinese University of Hong Kong – from 2003 - 2014 – guest lecturer for Master in Master of Nursing Course on health services development and utilisation; the role of the nurse in health policy; and health informatics development in Hospital Authority.
• Honorary Associate Professor – School of Nursing, The University of Hong Kong – from 2006 - 2015
• Visiting Associate Professor – Asia International Open University (Macau) – MBA thesis external examiner for MBA dissertation viva voce for students from partner universities in China between 2002 and 2010.
• Involved in teaching relating to ethics, health informatics and health systems in the Bachelor of Nursing (Honours) and the Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) programmes
