现任圣方济各大学汤罗凤贤社会科学院副院长，于高等教育界教学接近20年，主力课程发展及学院管理。亦为一资深社工实习老师，督导超过200多名学生。毕业后从事社区发服务，担任工作队队长，后转任青少年院舍工作，出任院长一职，为有情绪困扰青少年提供院护服务。本人亦积极参与社区服务，曾为社会工作注册局选仕委员。现时为一间为智障人士提供就业训练的社会企业主席，并出任香港社会工作院校协会及亚洲防瘾协会委员，同时为一资助小学管理委员会成员。

主要科目范畴包括社区工作及宏观实践，青少年工作，程序规划及管理，统整实践。现时执教技巧工作坊I及II，以及社会工作理论与实践III。
研究范畴围绕社会工作教育、实习督导、社区发展、青少年工作及成瘾问题。曾担任International Social Work, International Journal of Mental Health and Addiction, Asian Journal of Gambling Issues and Public Health and Community Development Resource Book 等刊物的朋辈审阅工作。
