王润泉博士

背景简介

王润泉博士2023年8月加入「明爱专上学院」为助理教授，加入「明专」之前, 王博士分别于香港大学社会工作及社会行政学系担任11年全职讲师及香港城市大学社会行政学系担任6年全职教学导师. 他于1993年开始, 已在香港多间大学及大专院校: 香港城市大学、香港理工大学、香港大学、树仁大学、澳门大学、理工大学香港专上学院(HKCC)、香港大学专业进修学院(SPACE)、香港专业进修学院(HKCT)担任兼职讲师. 

王博士从事专业社会工作三十年，其中包括十二年担当社区工作，先后于香港多间社会福利服务机构从事社区发展服务、临时房屋区、笼屋、板间房和天台屋居民服务、公屋/居屋及私人屋苑/楼宇业主法团和住户, 新移民服务、儿童及青少年服务、成人和老人服务、长者中心、老人外展、老人护理安老院舍、私营安老院、独居老人、街头露宿者等前线服务工作。他亦担任过社福机构和服务单位主管, 负责行政管理及督导工作。亦担任过私人公司-雅苑谘询及服务公司房屋管理及社区服务顾问. 政策研究工作方面, 他亦于香港浸会大学社会工作学系及香港大学教育学院担任研究助理(I), 也曾于老人权益促进会及社会保障学会担任政策研究员.
