余小敏女士

背景簡介

I am a Senior Lecturer at Rita Tong Liu School of Business and Hospitality Management. I hold BSc (Hons) in Hospitality Management from Sheffield Hallam University and MSc in Hotel and Tourism Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

I have rich experience in both teaching and programme management experience. Prior to joining CIHE, I worked as a College Lecturer and Programme Leader of both Airline and Hospitality Management Programmes at Lingnan Institute of Further Education and Caritas Institute of Community Education. I was also a College Lecturer and taught Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management and Cultural Studies courses at HKU SPACE Po Leung Kuk Community College and taught at Hong Kong Institute Vocational Education (Haking Wong). I have developed good connections with hospitality and tourism industries and arranged internship for students. My research interests lie on customer service and hospitality education.

My career profile prior to teaching includes hospitality, airline and tourism industries at Sales and Marketing and Customer Service departments.

I am currently teaching hospitality, tourism management (First Term); event management and cruise operation (Second Term).
