Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the School's engagement with external stakeholders, including feeder schools, prospective students, alumni, university partners, and the broader community.

The appointee will support the Assistant Director, Recruitment and Engagement at the Public Affairs Office in leading admissions and partnership development for the local market. The appointee will lead recruitment and partnership initiatives to strengthen collaboration between the University and Hong Kong Secondary Schools, including organising information sessions for principals and teachers, conducting school visits to enhance recruitment, and hosting networking events for external stakeholders. The appointee will also build and maintain strong relationships with targeted feeder schools and partner organisations to expand the School's network and influence, and will identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities, such as drafting and managing Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs). Duties
  1. Provide support for teaching, research and service to the School of Health Sciences in the nursing and other health-care courses.
  2. Follow school directions for nursing skills laboratory station set-up and aftercare of supplies/equipment in all teaching, skills assessment and students' self-practice
  3. Assist in the setting up, operation and maintenance of the equipment required for teaching / learning activities including manikins, simulation models, patient-care equipment and other computing / audio visual facilities.
