| Duties | Reporting to the President, the Vice-President (Academic and Quality Assurance) is a principal officer of the University, responsible for providing strategic leadership and institutional oversight in quality assurance, academic governance and standards, and external accreditation. The appointee will oversee the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of academic programmes to ensure academic quality, relevance and sustainable growth. Working closely with senior management, academic leaders and key stakeholders, the appointee will contribute to institutional planning, policy formulation and continuous quality enhancement, and represent the University in engagement with accreditation authorities, professional bodies and partner institutions. The role also entails fostering a robust culture of quality, evidence-based review and ongoing enhancement in support of the University's mission and long-term development. |
