梁迪敏博士在高等教育領域擁有超過廿年的學術培訓、研究和管理經驗。他專注於研究及知識轉移、技術應用、社會科學、以及課程與教學計畫的開發。目前，他擔任香港聖方濟各大學湯羅鳳賢社會科學院的助理教授。
