Important Dates for HKDSE Applicants

7 October : Start of 1st Round Application

• Applicants can submit application for admission via Admission Portal (https://c-apply.sfu.edu.hk/). 

28 February : End of 1st Round Application

• Shortlisted applicants may be granted Conditional Offer(s) by the end of March 2025.

1 March : Start of 2nd Round Application

• Applications not being shortlisted for Conditional Offer(s) will also be considered in the 2nd Round application.
• Shortlisted applicants may be granted Conditional Offer(s) by early July 2025.

14 July : End of 2nd Round Application

16 July : Accepting Firm Offer

• Successful applicants will received individual notification by email and SMS.
• Login to our Admission Portal (https://c-apply.sfu.edu.hk/) and download the firm offer package.
• Settle deposit and/or 1st instalment of tuition fee by the due date.

16 July : Start of Final Round application _{(For unfilled places after announcement of HKDSE Result)}

• Subject to admission intake quota, applications not being shortlisted for Conditional Offer(s) / Firm offer in previous round(s) will also be considered.

For JUPAS applicants only

6 August 

• Announcement of JUPAS Main Round Result.

8 August (By 12:00 Noon)

• Application Dealine for Refund (For applicants who are granted a Main Round offer only).

21 August 

• Announcement of JUPAS Rechecking and Remarking Round Result.

25 August (By 12:00 Noon)

• Application Dealine for Refund (For applicants who are granted a Rechecking and Remarking Round offer only).

26 August

• Announcement of JUPAS Clearing Round Result.

28 August (By 12:00 Noon)

• Application Dealine for Refund (For applicants who are granted a Clearing Round offer only).

5 September : End of Final Round Application
