Important Dates (Local Applicants with Other Qualifications)

30 September : Start of 1st Round Application

• Applicants can submit application for admission via Admission Portal (https://c-apply.sfu.edu.hk/)

22 December : Early Round application deadline for Bachelor of Social Work (Honours)

• Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an admission interview in mid-January 2026.

28 February : End of 1st Round Application

• Shortlisted applicants may be granted Conditional Offer(s) by the end of March 2026.

1 March : Start of 2nd Round Application

• Applications not being shortlisted for Conditional Offer(s) / Firm Offer of specific programme choice(s) will also be considered in the 2nd Round application.

From 4 May : Accepting Firm Offer

• Applicants with Conditional Offer(s) should upload the latest academic credentials to the claim firm offer within the claim offer period, which is stated on the conditional offer letter.
• Applicants will receive notification by email and SMS within 3-5 working days if they meet the admission requirements.
• Login to our Admission Portal (https://c-apply.sfu.edu.hk/) and download the firm offer package.
• Settle deposit fee and/or 1st instalment of tuition fee by the due date.

15 June : End of 2nd Round Application

• Potential Sub-degree or Diploma graduates may be granted Conditional Offer(s).
• Shortlisted applicants may be granted Conditional Offer(s) by the early July 2026.

16 June : Start of Final Round Application _{(For unfilled places)}

• Subject to admission intake quota, applications not being shortlisted for Conditional Offer(s) of specific programme choice(s) / Firm offer in previous round(s) will also be considered.

4 September : End of Final Round Application
