Congratulations on your admission to the Saint Francis University (SFU) / Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC) and a very warm welcome to the Caritas family !
To formally register as a student of SFU/ CBCC, please settle the balance of the first instalment of tuition fees by the specified deadline. Please read all the information on this website carefully and take the appropriate actions as required.
1.1 The photo will be used for the production of the Student ID Card.

Please read and complete the following Programme Registration procedures:
3.1 On the Programme Registration Day, please bring along the following documents for registration:
(a) Original and copy of your Hong Kong Identity Card (if you are NOT holding a permanent HKID card,
please also bring the relevant identity documents) ;
(b) Original and copy of your HKDSE examination result slip and/ or documents of your academic
qualifications;
(c) Original and copy of certified letters of your working experiences; and
(d) Orignal copy of signed Acceptance of Offer.
3.2 During the registration, students eligible for the Non-Means-Tested Subsidy Scheme for Self-financing Undergraduate Studies in Hong Kong (NMTSS) or Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/ Sectors (SSSDP) will be required to complete the application/ declaration forms, which will be available when you come for registration.
3.3 After successfully completing the registration, the Student ID Card (for students who submitted photos before the Programme Registration Day) and other information will be distributed to students. Please reserve about 30 – 45 minutes to complete the steps from 3.1 to 3.3.
3.4 You are invited to join the Student Affairs Office (SAO) briefing session to learn more about the services provided by the SAO such as scholarships and financial assistance, counselling services or student activities and amenities.

After programme registration, please follow the steps in "New Student Account Activation for 2025-26" (document will be provided later) to activate your computer account and email account to enjoy the online service, such as email services, Student Portal, Student Support Services, access to PCs in the computer laboratories, self-access room, library, and WiFi service.
Please complete the New Student Survey after activating your computer account (the link will be provided later).
6.1 Schedule: 28 August and 29 August 2025 (for 2025/26 New students).
6.2 The detailed schedule will be announced on the Student Portal on 15 August 2025.
