Programme Registration
Congratulations on your admission to Saint Francis University (SFU) and a very warm welcome to our family!
To complete your registration as an SFU student, please settle the balance of the first instalment of tuition fees by the specified deadline. Please read all the information on this website carefully and take the appropriate actions as required.

1.1 Upload one recent passport-sized colour photo to the Admission Portal
- The photo will be used to produce the Student ID Card.

1.2 Complete the letter of "Acceptance of Offer" and upload it to the Admission Portal

2.1 Details of Programme Registration

- Venue: 2/F, Student Service Counters, Saint Francis University
- Address: 2 Chui Ling Lane, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories (Exit B, Tiu Keng Leng MTR Station) (Getting to Campus)
2.2 Required Documents for Programme Registration
- Original and photocopy of your Hong Kong Identity Card (if you are NOT holding a permanent HKID card, please refer below "Extra Required Documents");
- Original and photocopy of your HKDSE examination result slip and/ or academic qualification documents;
- Original and photocopy of supporting documents for your working experiences (if applicable);
- Original signed copy of the Acceptance of Offer;
- Completed Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/ Sectors (SSSDP) or Non-Means-Tested Subsidy Scheme for Self-financing Undergraduate Studies in Hong Kong (NMTSS)(for eligible programmes only).
Extra Required Documents:
For Non-Chinese Speaking Students
- Complete the form and submit it during the Programme Registration.
For Non-Local Students
- For identity documents, please refer to the following:
- Original and photocopy of your Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao (EEP) and Mainland Identity Card (for Mainland China students) or Passport (for International students);
- Original and photocopy of your Landing permit (activated student visa label);
- Programme Registration will not be processed without a valid student visa / entry permit.
For Students Eligible for the SSSDP / NMTSS
2.3 Upload one recent passport-sized colour photo to the Admission Portal
- A Student ID Card will be ready for collection.
2.4 Joining the Student Engagement Activities
- Student Affairs Office (SAO) Briefing: Details will be announced shortly

After Programme Registration, please follow the steps in New Student Account Activation for 2026-27 to activate your student account and enjoy the student services, such as email services, Student Portal, Student Support Services, access to PCs in the computer laboratories, self-access room, library, and WiFi service.

Please complete the New Student Survey after activating your new student account.

Important Notes
- Students who settle the balance of the 1st instalment AFTER the scheduled Programme Registration dates should complete Programme Registration 2 working days after payment has been made.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and/or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal and and/or "Extreme Conditions", the registration activities will be rescheduled. The rescheduling details will be announced through the University's website https://www.sfu.edu.hk.
