Saint Francis University (formerly known as Caritas Institute of Higher Education ), found its home to the Tseung Kwan O – Tiu Keng Leng (TKO) Campus in 2017.  Situated alongside the sistering Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC), SFU and CBCC collaboratively utilize the campus facilities through a sophisticated sky-corridor system. strengthens the bond between students but also serves as a remarkable testament to the distinctive articulation pathway available to students from both institutions. The connected campuses exemplify a shared commitment to educational excellence and provide a conducive environment for learning and growth.

The TKO Campus, housed in a distinguished 9-story building, serves as a symbol of the pursuit of peace and harmony. The campus embraces energy-saving systems and prioritises the infusion of natural light. By employing environmentally friendly design principles, the institute seamlessly integrates nature into campus life, underscoring its dedication to the well-being and holistic development of its students and the wider community. 1. Health Sciences and Nursing Laboratories and Facilities

The School of Health Sciences has designed a range of facilities, such as Mock-up wards, simulation pharmacies, and laboratories, to provide nursing, health sciences, and dispenser students with hands-on experience in close-to-realistic clinical settings. These facilities are modeled after actual healthcare settings and offer students the opportunity to develop their skills in a practical and immersive environment.

The School of Health Sciences is committed to providing cutting-edge facilities for physiotherapy students. 3. Design and Film Production Facilities
Level 7 of the CBCC Building is the home of the Department of Design of the Caritas Bianchi College of Careers.  On this floor, is a series of design studios with state-of-the-art facilities that can stimulate students' creativities and inspiration across the scope of fashion design, graphic design, interior architecture and film and media production.  These studios, are the testing grounds for the students to reach their potential and proofing grounds for the Department's motto of "Design could change the world".

4. Early Childhood Education Facilities

Ip Ying To Lee Yu Yee School of Humanities and Languages has established a simulation classroom for students enrolled  in the Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Early Childhood Education and Higher Diploma in Early Childhood Education programmes.  This facility provides an opportunity for students to develop their teaching skills, design learning materials and venues, and gain practical experience in an early childhood education setting. By utilising this simulation classroom, future early education educators can enhance their learning pathway and better prepare themselves for their professional careers.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Digital Entertainment Laboratories

The School of Computing and Information Sciences has established laboratories for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Entertainment Technologies, providing students with opportunities and testing grounds to learn and experiment with AI and digital entertainment technologies. This enables them to stay at the forefront of the information age.

6. Business and Hospitality Management Facilities

The Rita Tong Liu School of Business and Hospitality Management has established a range of simulation and training facilities to provide practical experience to students studying Hospitality Management and Hotel and Tourism Management. These facilities include a training restaurant and bar, simulated guest rooms, and front desk, among others. By utilising these facilities, students are able to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to confidently embark on their career journey in the hospitality industry.
