Admission Interview

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an admission interview. Please upload the following documents to the University Admission Portal after the application has been submitted online:

(if you are not holding a permanent HKID card, please also submit the relevant identity documents)

(Note: Failure to provide the required information may cause delay or render the University / College unable to further process the application.)

The Registry or Academic departments will notify shortlisted applicants of the details of interviews individually by email, SMS, phone (our phone number usually starts with 3702 or 3653) or other electronic means. Applicants are advised to attend the interviews as scheduled since re-arrangement may not be possible. If they fail to do so, their applications may not be further considered.

Interview Arrangement (after the announcement of the HKDSE results)

The Registry will notify shortlisted applicants of the details of JUPAS interviews individually by email and SMS after the announcement of the HKDSE results. Other non-JUPAS programmes may also invite applicants to attend an interview if deemed necessary.

Refund Arrangement

It is important to note that the tuition fees (inclusive of enrolment deposit and/or the 1st instalment of tuition fee) paid are neither refundable nor transferrable unless you have later accepted an offer from JUPAS to study for:

  1. a 2026/27 full-time UGC-funded Bachelor's degree programme (programmes offered by HKMU and HKAPA are NOT UGC-funded ), OR
  2. a 2026/27 Bachelor's degree programme subsidised under SSSDP.
