背景简介
曹博士是汤罗凤贤社会科学院副教授。她的研究兴趣集中于有关儿童和青少年的福祉议题。她的学术研究涉及不同领域,包括跨国儿童福祉比较、儿童贫穷、儿童福利比较、年轻少数族裔人士的理财素养与财务福祉、少数族裔青少年的工作过渡、和去家庭化。她最近的研究专注于香港小学生的福祉问题。曹博士的教学兴趣包括社会研究方法、生命全期发展、及多样性和平等。她曾任香港浸会大学社会工作学系助理教授及青年研究及实践中心副主任。
